Responsibilities include coordinating bookings, confirming reservation details, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

This role focuses on organization, communication, and consistent support rather than direct sales. Success comes from attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather client preferences, timelines, and travel requirements

  • Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options

  • Assist with itinerary planning and booking coordination

  • Confirm reservations and maintain accurate documentation

  • Provide updates and ongoing support

Qualifications
